Here are some highlights from the month of November! The weather was still nice so we got outside and played!
We celebrated grandma's birthday with some yummy cake and ice cream, and a romp in the leaves outside.
The next day we made our first visit to the Ann Arbor Hands On Museum. It was a big hit with the kids. There was much complaining and whining when we had to leave, even after we told them we were getting ice cream. We'll be vising again this winter for sure.

We had an awesome visit from Judy, JoAnn and Mark (who didn't make it into any pictures). We hadn't been together in about 12 years so we had non-stop fun visiting with each other.
Then it happened. After our good luck with weather, the next weekend we got SNOW! The girls asked if they could go out and touch the snow. I assumed they meant they'd reach out and touch it. Nope. Next thing I know they are out running in it. LOL. Hardy Northerners, I guess. I made them come in and they took a nice warm tubby. The next day we tackled the task of shoveling the 4" of snow.
Thanksgiving! The girls made personalized place mats for everyone and helped me decorate and prep food for the big eating day.
The next day we had more family over for brunch and gingerbread house making!
What a great month!
