Ohio!

The last weekend in July the girls and I went to Ohio to visit my brother Steve and his family. We had great weather and had so much fun! We arrived at lunchtime on Friday and was already hot so the kids played in the water before dinner. We had some yummy Mexican food and topped it off with a trip to Graeter's Ice Cream.

On Sabbath we went to Hocking Hills State Park a few hours south of their house. It was so beautiful and we did lots of exploring in the trails and caves.

Sunday we did some more sightseeing at a local waterfall. After lunch we stopped at Jeni's ice cream and added our wishes to a wishing tree nearby. We topped off the day at the pool.

After a wonderful weekend, it was time to go home. It's always so hard to leave family, especially because we don't get to visit that often living so far apart, but we hope to visit again next summer. I'm already pinning travel ideas on Pinterest!
