Up North: On the road

This is our third year of taking an anniversary trip up to Petoskey/Harbor Springs.  Little Chloe came along with us as we set off around 7:30am on Friday morning. She napped for a bit as we drove an hour or so to the Cracker Barrel in Bridgeport, near Saginaw where we had breakfast. Chloe got to sit in an old-fashioned high chair which gave her some extra freedom. Nathan got his egg in a basket with hashbrown casserole and biscuit. I got some scrambled eggs, hashbrown casserole, and a biscuit. Chloe got her own little bowl of sliced bananas. She even got to try out one of the rocking chairs out front. It was a nice little break from our travels.
